15 minute quote and booking

When you call us, our qualified and experienced administration team will collect your details and make an appointment for an estimator to assess your vehicle’s damage and give you a quote.

Our quoting process is fast – it only takes us 15 minutes to detail your vehicle's requirements, take some photos of the damage, and explain to you how we will repair it. 

We also offer you claims assistance at this stage and are happy to liaise with your (or the third party’s) insurance company, so that you have authorisation to begin the repairs – then we book the date for your vehicle’s repairs to begin.

Step 2
Repair process

Once you've dropped off your vehicle, our qualified and experienced team ensures that it’s restored to manufacturer’s specifications, in accordance with the specified timeframe – over this time you will receive regular updates.

On completion of your vehicle’s repairs a final pre-delivery inspection is done, then you’ll be advised that your vehicle ready to be picked up.

Customer approval

When you come to pick up your vehicle, we'll run through all the repairs with you and answer any questions you may have. Then you will have the opportunity to inspect your vehicle and make sure that everything has been repaired to your satisfaction before you drive away.
